This course is required for students who score below 19 on the ACT English Test or below 261 on the Next Gen Accuplacer Writing Test. ENG 0023 will include a review of grammar and sentence structure, with emphasis on paragraph development and the fundamentals of essay writing. The purpose of this class is to develop the student's writing abilities in order to help him or her in other disciplines, the workplace, and the community.
